Everyone at Wealthquest Cincinnati works extremely hard to make sure that out of all the financial management firms in the Cincinnati area, we are creating an ever-growing environment for our team and our clients. If the culture is right, everything else falls into place – the roadmap is there and we can not go astray.
We are so proud to have been named on the Investment News Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors list not just once, but three times! This accolade truly reflects where our heart lies. The face of this company is the people who meet and interact with clients every day; taking calls, setting meetings, catching up with old clients just for the sake of curiosity to see how they are faring. We know there is so much more to a financial management firm than the charts and the data.
Alongside the Best Places to Work list, Wealthquest Cincinnati was also named in the Financial Times on their Top 300 US registered investment advisers in Ohio. checking off each of their boxes for client segments served; retail, high net worth, ultra high net worth, and institutional clients.
Lastly but certainly not least, Wealthquest Cincinnati was listed as a finalist for the Best Places to Work by the Cincinnati Business Courier. The Cincinnati Business Courier surveys employees from each company and has an independent third party, in this case Quantum Workplace, ranks the responses. They then scored companies based on senior leadership, team effectiveness, work recognition and benefits. Wealthquest is incredibly proud of our employee satisfaction and we strive to maintain our benefits reflecting the culture in our offices.
Friday work hours end at noon, and as a company, we match charitable contributions. As a financial management firm we also believe that we have a responsibility to give back. Wealthquest gives our employees time off and covers the cost of up to $3,500 every three years for relief or mission trips – the location is up to the individual.
We are excited for what lies ahead and the ways we can continue to serve the Cincinnati, Chicago, and Naples area.
